Rachel Frobel best known by her ring name MsChif is an American professional wrestler. She is a former NWA World Women's Champion and a former SHIMMER Champion. She has wrestled for the United States' most prominent women's promotion, SHIMMER, has once won the ChickFight women's tournament.
